Any of the website devs view the site on Chrome?

When ever i view the blog posts, the bit on the right side is sitting out nearly in the middle of the screen and therefore the blog post is WAY down on the page. Have to scroll past all the static info to get to the post.

These are the only pages on the site that i notice that on.

Some additional information….

If click on “BLOG” on the menu bar (tv, music, movies, BLOG, etc.), then the view is fine. But if I access the blog post from the activity feed – then I get the strange view…

Can i post screens some how?

pete_the_lion was getting the same thing in firefox, I can’t seem to replicate it though, in either firefox or chrome =/

Also I’m the only website dev so it’s hard to debug something that isn’t happening for me, and I use Chrome the most.

Ah, I know why it’s happening to you, you must have an adblocker.

It’s probably not something that I’m going to fix as a priority as google ads is really our only source of income and even that comes nowhere close to paying for the server, apart from google ads we get about £9/mo in donations, add them together and there is enough to pay for the server for a month about every 6 months, lol.

That makes sense. I do use adblock plus.

I’ll turn it off for this site. Sorry about that! :)

EDIT: Of course adblock doesn’t recognize fanart.tv as a domain…. grrr

It’s not a problem, I will fix it at some point, or maybe do an ad free version for donators or something :)

Don’t have the problem, but I added an exception in the filters for fanart.tv just to be nice. :) Great site. Thumbs up.

I know you probably won’t even notice it, but it’s symbolic. ;)

I’m able to add the fanart.tv domain as an exception now in adblock… wasn’t working before. Strange.
